Automated Scripting

develops custom scripts to assist you in your daily work. If you have tasks that you do on a daily basis that are computer clicks and computer tasks, most likely we can automate that for you. For example, let's say you have to go to your suppliers website everyday and download supplier invoices. We had the suppliers send all the invoices to DTN FTP electronically and then our scripts went out and grabbed all the invoices, compiled them in the correct DM2 format in one file and then imported it into DM2. Your job was done before your coffee was!

DTN Automation
We know it's tough to keep up with the price changes on a daily basis let alone on an hourly basis, so we designed an automated script that goes out to DTN and downloads all of your electronic data like the latest gas price changes, your credit cards (and supplier invoices).
We then compile that data and have it ready to import into DM2. So instead of going out and gathering all of your data you simply do one import every morning. In less that 60 seconds you can have all of your invoices, credit cards and pricing in DM2!
We can also have the latest price changes automatically imported into your DM2 every hour if needed. You would never have to worry about having the latest price changes again.

Offsite Backups
ASC
takes backups serious. It is very important to have good backups and we believe you can never have too many backups. We have designed a special offsite backup plan that will protect your data in case of any emergency at your location. If for whatever reason your data is lost at your location or a backup failed, we can roll back your data from our servers to yours.
MSSQL Installation/Administration
When you purchase MAS90/200/500 we recommend installing a Microsoft SQL Server Software. Having a MSSQL Server will allow you to backup all of your DM2 database to your own SQL database. You can then create and run crystal reports from your SQL database instead of your DM2 database. This helps to ensure your DM2 instaliation stays running smoothly for everyone.
